针对COVID-19, SA调整技术移民担保政策

2020年3月27日，针对目前在全澳COVID-19蔓延的形势，调整技术移民担保政策：

1. 降低医护类职业的经验要求

SA的毕业生提名以下职业的申请者，如果目前居住和工作(提名职业，每2周工作40小时)在SA，无需要满足3个月的经验就可以申请491担保。

目前在SA工作（每周20小时）的以下职业的申请者，无需要满足3个月的经验就可以申请491担保。

注：

a. 护理类职业的5年经验的要求，已经被取消。

b. 对于一下职业190担保的要求：目前在SA从事与提名职业相关的职业满12个月，每周不低于20小时。对于SA边远地区只需要工作6个月。

2. 缩短审理以上医护类职业担保的周期

上述医护类类职业的担保申请，将优先于其他职业。

3. 190担保要求变更

SA暂时关闭目前在SA工作不满12个月（边远地区6个月）的190担保申请。

目前在SA从事和提名职业相关的工作满12个月（边远地区6个月）的申请者仍然可以申请190担保。

因以下职业本年度配额已经到达上限，如果您属于提名以下职业的190类，只能等到7月1日后，但，仍可以递交491类担保申请：
